Having trouble finding your address?

Google Maps often struggles to recognise rural addresses. This is especially common in countryside areas around Swanage.

If you’re confident your delivery address is within Swanage, Herston, Ulwell, Studland, Acton, Harmans Cross, Langton Matravers, Worth Matravers or Corfe Castle, there’s an easy way to complete your order.

• If your address is inside the green delivery circles, we can deliver to you
• If your address is outside the green circles, we’re sadly not able to deliver at the moment

You can geolocate your device using the pink target or enter your postcode and select your exact location on the map

1. Add your food to the basket as normal and go to the Checkout page

2. Enter your address as usual

If the delivery address is different from the billing address, tick “Deliver to a different address?” and carefully enter the delivery address

3. Our system will try to find your address

If it can’t, you may see a message saying: “Your delivery address is too far away from us to make deliveries.”

4. Don’t worry – this doesn’t mean we can’t deliver

A map will appear below with the title “Precise Address?”

5. Use this map to drop a pin on the exact location of the delivery address

Take your time, navigate and zoom in on the map and click to place the pin as accurately as possible

6. Watch what happens next

• If the warning message stays the same, the pin is outside our delivery area
• If the message changes and a delivery price appears, you’re good to go
