Delivery Distance
Can you deliver to my address?
We deliver across Swanage and the surrounding area, with two delivery zones based on distance.
Our inner zone covers addresses closer to Swanage, while our outer zone covers a wider area including Acton, Worth Matravers, Studland, Langton Matravers and Harman’s Cross.
Delivery fees can vary between these zones and may also differ by day or time.
When you place an order, your delivery address is used to automatically select the correct delivery zone at checkout, so the delivery fee shown will always be the correct one for your location.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance, you must always check the allergen information provided on the menu and contact the restaurant or shop before placing an order.
If allergen information is not available, you must contact the restaurant or shop directly before placing your order.
Food2You Ltd cannot guarantee that items are free from allergens due to shared preparation or handling environments.
Payments & Charges
What charges will I pay?
Your total order cost may include:
- The cost of the items ordered
- A delivery charge, which may vary based on your location and the day of delivery
How does Food2You Ltd price items on the website?
Item prices shown on Food2You Ltd include the cost agreed with each restaurant or shop for providing our platform, delivery coordination, and the ongoing operation of the service.
This is not added as a separate charge at checkout.
Delivery & Orders
How long will my order take?
How do I know if my order has been accepted?
What happens if I order from multiple shops?
If you place an order from multiple shops at the same time, Food2You Ltd will aim to deliver all items together where possible.
However, depending on preparation times, shop locations, or availability, orders may be delivered separately.
How are delivery charges applied when ordering from multiple shops?
Delivery charges are applied per shop, not per overall order.
If you order from more than one shop, a delivery charge will apply to each shop included in your order.
I know one of the shops sells something, but it isn’t available on the website - why?
Some shops have a very large range, so only a selected range is available online. Restaurants and shops also control which items are offered for delivery or takeaway.
You can add a note at checkout mentioning what you weren’t able to buy, and Food2You Ltd will review this for future availability.
My order was late, early, or didn’t arrive - what should I do?
Please email Food2You Ltd as soon as possible with your order details so we can look into it and help where possible.
Age-Restricted Products (Alcohol, Tobacco, Cigarettes & Vapes)
Can I buy age-restricted products through Food2You Ltd?
What age do I need to be?
Will I be asked for ID?
What happens if I can’t provide ID?
Age-restricted items will be returned, and no refund will be issued for them.
Food2You Ltd operates a Challenge-25 policy and supports drivers and partner shops in complying with age-restricted sales laws.
Changes, Cancellations & Mistakes
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once accepted, changes or cancellations are usually not possible. Please email Food2You Ltd as soon as possible if there is an issue.
What if I accidentally ordered twice?
Email Food2You Ltd immediately, and we’ll help if preparation hasn’t started.
